On the 7th day of Full Moon energy, we rest!!
It has been a powerful, fruitful Full Moon week!
So now we get the gift of rest!!!
Before we rest, its important to balance our energies after all our hard work. With this simple Spell Ritual using the Full Moon energy and Mother earths energy together.
Connecting Mother Luna and Mother Earth Ritual Spell
Supplies:
A quiet place to sit
Ritual Spell:
Find a quiet place.
Sit either on the floor or a chair, with a straight spine.
Put one hand above your head, facing up toward the Moon.
Put your other hand at the same time below you, facing toward the Earth.
Take 3 deep breaths, then breath normal.
Say to yourself 3 times: "I am one with Mother Earth, I am one with Mother Luna. I am one."
Put your hands in a prayer position at your heart space.
Say to yourself 3 times: "Thank you Mother Earth, Thank you Mother Luna. All is well in my world. So Mote It Be!"
Sit in silence for at least 5 mins.
Then go rest for the day.
