“I ask for help in releasing anything that hinders my ability to contribute positively to the greater good of myself and others.”

“I stand ready to release everything that is no longer beneficial to my personal growth and happiness.”

“With joy and willingness, I release not only these items but also any underlying issues that may be restraining me from expressing the fullest, most authentic version of my divine nature.”

Place the plate flat on the trash bag you will be breaking it on.
