Goddess Cake

Yesterday May 16, 2021 my group "Crystal Le Fay's Utopia Goddess Circle" got together for a Goddess Circle.


We shared joys, sorrows, laughter and tears within the circle.


We also ate good food!


This recipe came to me from my Spirit Guides for this specific circle.


Goddess Cake Recipe

Gluten free & eggless


First

  • Use any human shaped baking pan. I used a skeleton one.

  • Olive oil spray to spray in pan before you pour in your cake mixture in.

  • Preheat oven to 325

Second


*Mix all these ingredient together.

  • 1/3 melted Ghee or Butter

  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup plus extra for after cake is baked.

  • 2 egg replacements

  • 3 large sweet potatoes (boiled and smashed)

  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • sprinkle of salt

  • 1 3/4 cup Gluten free flour

  • Handful of pecans

Third

  • Pour mixture into pan. (Mixture will be thick)

Fourth


*Sprinkle on top of cake before baking.

  • Handful oats

  • 2 teaspoons of raw sugar

Fifth


*The MOST important step!

  • Hold pan in both hands.

  • Take a deep breath.

  • Yell out loud, "I AM A FREAKING GODDESS!"

Sixth

  • Place pan in oven

  • Bake for about 20 to 40 mins. (It will depend on your preference, I like to over bake everything to be crunchier.)

  • Cake will be done when you can stick a knife in it and it comes out clean.


Now eat and enjoy!


I like mine warm, with Vegan Butter and maple syrup drizzled on top.
