Today we will do just that!
In order to renew your life, you must release what you no longer need!
Full Moon Ritual (Release and Renew)
(May be done inside or outside)
Supplies:
*2 candles (Silver and pink)
*Pen and Paper
*Fire Proof container
*Palo Santo
Release
Start by standing or sitting in front of your altar.
Ground and balance yourself by taking a few deep breaths.
Light the silver candle.
Light the Palo Santo and wave it around you and your sacred space.
Take another few deep breaths.
Now think about the month. What have you experienced?
Take the time and write down anything that you have experienced you feel you need to release.
This is the time for you to allow yourself to acknowledge how you truly feel.
After you’ve written all that you can, it’s time to release it.
Light your paper with the silver candle and let it burn in your fireproof container.
As it burns make sure to visualize the smoke going up to the moon. Mother Moon will take this burden off of your shoulders. You will feel much lighter.
Give the ashes back to Mother Earth (you don’t need to bury them)
Renew
Sit or stand back at your altar.
Reground and balance yourself by taking a few deep breaths.
Light the pink candle.
Light the Palo Santo and wave it around you and your sacred space.
Take another few deep breaths.
The full moon will intensify any energy you put out.
To use this energy to renew your growth, we will do it with gratitude.
Take the time and write down as many things you can think to be grateful for. (small or big)
This will instantly begin to raise your vibration and help you renew your energy.
Once your down writing your list, read it silently or out loud.
As you are reading your list, the strong energy of the Full Moon will intensify these feelings, which will increase the energy of everything you are grateful for.
Now burn your paper with the green candle and let it burn in your fireproof container.
As it burns make sure to visualize the smoke going up to the moon. Mother Moon will renew you with many blessings. You will feel much happier.

Sit quietly for a moment giving thanks to Mother Moon and her beautiful energy.
