Be The Change You Want

With every that is going on in the world today, we can feel powerless, angry and feel as if there's nothing we can do to help. But we can do something! First don't get caught up in the negative energy in the world. We can do that by raising our vibration in a positive way. We an do that by focusing on what we want to happen in the world, NOT what we DON'T want to happen. Change is possible! We can change the world! We can make changes by starting with ourselves! If we want change we have to be the change we want. If you want peace in the world, be peace within yourself. If you want love in the world, be love within yourself. Focusing on the negative in the world will not help it change, it will only add to the negative energy giving it more power.
An activity that you can do to help you focus on what you want to happen is:
Write a story on paper of what you want to happen in your own life and in the world. Make sure you write it in a positive way focusing on a positive result.
Once you have your story written, read it often. You can even record it in your own voice and use it for meditation!
Everything is energy, when we change the energy within ourselves we change the energy around us, then like a rippling effect we change the energy in the world!!
